McGovern Legal Services, Fran McGovern will be a presenter on this panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants for a program that analyzes key issues faced today by community associations and their boards.  The discussion will focus on developments impacting the community association practice and the legal profession in general.  Artificial Intelligence, the Corporate Transparency Act and the Structural Integrity legislation which became law in January 2024 will be explored. The lunchtime panel will feature several “hot topics” challenging this practice.

Attendees will earn one credit hour toward the ethics requirement and one credit hour toward the diversity requirement.
