Fran will be a speaker at CAI-NJ Board Leadership Development Workshop.

This workshop will teach boards how to become more successful at leading their community and how to recruit and support new volunteers. Attendees will learn the role of the board, the president and other leadership positions, and they’ll identify effective ways to work with professional managers and service providers.
