NJICLE 2021 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LAW SUMMIT (Webcast)

Wednesday, November 17, 2021, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Fran McGovern will be a presenter at the 2021 Community Association Law Summit

Presented in cooperation with NJSBA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section and the Community Associations Institute, New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ)

This popular and highly acclaimed program is being offered by NJICLE for the eleventh consecutive year.

Join this panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants for a program that analyzes key issues faced today by community associations.  A vital topic will be efforts of associations to overcome racism and other forms of discrimination and bias within the diverse populations of residents within common interest communities.  Panelists will share their experience from dealing with the extraordinary conditions of the pandemic, and developments in insurance, budgeting, collections and litigation in response.

The lunch time presentation will feature attorneys and a property manager for their insight on the impact of COVID-19 on association operations.  What should community associations expect in the months and years ahead, and how can professionals prepare their associations for the future?

Regardless of whether you are experienced in association practice, involved sporadically with association matters, or interested in pursuing the opportunities this field affords, this program will deliver an in-depth look at the most timely and significant concerns of associations governing condominiums and other types of planned communities.
